12+ Years - SportFIT

A specially crafted class designed to introduce teens to strength and conditioning training with a focus on learning how to squat, deadlift, push, pull and rotate safely whilst increasing the heartrate to build stamina and endurance.

14+ Years - TeenFIT

Tailored for 14 & 15 year-olds, this program provides a safe and supervised environment for teens to access the gym. Under the watchful eye of McLaren Leisure staff, embark on your fitness journey feeling secure, happy, and confident.

14+ Years - Classes

16+ Years - Classes & Gym Access
