Strength & Balance

Run by Loch Lomond & the Trossachs Countryside Trust, in partnership with physiotherapists, care homes and day centres.

As well as weekly health walks they provide Strength and Balance exercise classes at McLaren Leisure.

These classes are perfect for anyone worried about slipping or falling. The simple exercises include leg raises and ankle movements. All sessions are run by trained volunteers.
