FunFIT 18m-3 years
A class that combines fitness with fun, fostering a love for movement in your child.
Playgroup

Designed to introduce teens age 12 - 15 years to strength and conditioning training

TeenFIT provides a safe environment for Teens age 14-15years to access the gym.
