Fitness for mental wellness

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re bringing our community together to promote mental well-being through fitness. Enjoy free fitness classes and sports activities, all aimed at improving both your mind and body. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a beginner, all are welcome to join in!

Chair Yoga  10:00-10:30

A gentle, accessible practice using a chair for support where required. This class combines breathwork, relaxation, and seated postures to improve flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. - no experience needed!

Beginner Yoga 10:30-11:00

Start your yoga journey with foundational postures, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques. Build from the basics, connect with your body and mind at your own pace - no experience needed!

FamilyFIT 10:15-11:00

Get active as a family in a playful and energising session! 

Family Yoga 11:00-11:30

Move, stretch, and bond as a family! This playful session brings parents and children together for fun yoga sequences, breathwork, and relaxation, creating a shared experience of mindfulness and movement.

BodyFIT 11:30-12:00

A dynamic, full-body workout designed to boost strength, endurance, and energy. Combining functional exercises and bodyweight training, this session is perfect for all fitness levels.

Drop in Sports - Drop in activities, no booking required. Come together to play, share, and connect!
Multiball 12:00-14:00

This mixed-reality sports & gaming platform blends physical activity with digital fun. Simply touch the wall to choose from a variety of games and activities - whether for fitness, sports, or just pure entertainment. Step up, play, and experience the future of active gaming!

Racquet Sports 11:00-13:00

Try your hand at pickleball, badminton, and table tennis in a friendly, welcoming environment. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, come rally, smash, and enjoy the game!
